Abstract


Advances in technology have an impact on the development of the company, companies that use the services of employees who already have high human resources can certainly compete and be more advanced compared to companies that are still traditional. Problems that occur at this time, especially in CV. Adiba Guna Pratama there are still employees who do not have proficiency in technology. This research output is in the form of scientific articles that will be published in accredited journals. This research is aimed to find out what factors are needed in facing the era of industry 4.0, the method used is descriptive analysis method, for data collection using survey. The conclusion of this research is to develop human resources that can compete with technological advances, all employees must be able to use technology, this can be done by providing training and education to all employees, so the authors suggest that companies can survive and compete must provide training and education
