Abstract


The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of perceived discrimination on job involvement. Many research about perceived discrimination and the outcomes have been explored. Unfortunately, little studies focused on the effect on job involvement. This study tested that relationship in the teacher contexts. This study used 125 teachers for the sample. The result showed that perceived discrimination negatively influence on job involvement.
