Abstract

The skin and bones of catfish have not been used and only thrown away as waste. This Partnership Service Program is intended to answer the solutions to problems with maximum empowerment through the use of waste in the form of bones and catfish skin. Utilization of catfish waste into crackers is a product that has added value. The utilization of catfish waste can increase the income of SMEs while at the same time emerge superior new products from Banyumas Regency.
