Abstract

This paper examines one of the efforts to be made by SMEs to enhance their competitiveness in the global market penetration through the creative use of Internet-based business communication media are available for free in the virtual world, exemplified by the use of free internet facility provided by Google, including Google mail or Gmail , Google Document, Google Drive, Google, Google Groups, Google Blog or Blogger, Google Photo, Google Calendar, Google Video or YouTube and Google Maps. Creativity can be done through the use of improved understanding of information technology SMEs in utilizing "free facilities in cyberspace" to communicate its business globally. Information technology training for SMEs is key.
