ANALYSIS THE INFLUENCE OF ADVERSITY QUOTIENT NETWORKING AND CAPITAL THROUGH THE ENTERPRENEURIAL INTENTIONS OF UNSOED’S STUDENT

Abstract


The effect of entrepreneurship education has been considered as one of the
important factors to develop the passion, spirit and entrepreneurial behavior
among the younger generation. The purpose of this study was to determine the
influence of Adversity Quotient, Capital and Networking effect on entrepreneurial
intentions of students and test the greatest variable that influence
entrepreneurial intentions of Unsoed students. The research is useful for strategic
thinking for the university in determining the appropriate strategy to increase the
entrepreneurial spirit among students and become one of the reference for other
researchers to develop similar research. Target population in this research was
the student listed in 8 (eight) faculties in Unsoed and the samples were
determined using accidental sampling method. The results of the regression
analysis were used to analyze the answers of 100 respondents, provide results that
Adversity Quotient, Networking and Capital simultaneously and partially
influence entrepreneurial intentions of Unsoed students and Capital is the most
influential variable.
