IMPLEMENTATION OF COUCHING AND COUNSELING MODEL FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The emphasis of our coaching and counseling are on facilitating the individuals work skills development and acquisition; and consequently improved personal performance. One key area of focus is to improve the individual’s understanding of self and their impact on others. The first priorities during the intervention are for the individual to identify the improvements they wish to see in themselves, with respect to behavior, attitude and relationship skills; and to develop their self awareness and personal responsibilities. The transformation behavior needs a developing HR competency model. The development of the competency model aims at identifying the main competency needed by HR organization to support that role. The implementation of that couching and counseling model base competency will be used as based for creating job competency profile of HR counselor. After developing competency model for that purpose, the next step could be a certification that is a combination of training and action learning.Downloads
