THE INFLUENCE OF COMPENSATION AND ORGANIZATION CLIMATE ON WORK MOTIVATION AND THEIR IMPACT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF BANK XXX CORPORATION AT TANJUNG PERAK
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of compensation and organization climate on work motivation and their impact on employee performance of Bank XXX Corporation at Tanjung Perak. Samples in this study amounted to 102 respondents who are all employees of the frontliner. Endogenous variable in this study is Compensation (X1), Organization Climate (X2), intermediate variable is Work Motivation (Z) and as a bound variable is the Employee Performance (Y). The results showed a significant influence between Compensation with Work Motivation, between Organization Climate with Work Motivation, between Compensation and Employee Performance. No significant influence between Organization Climate and Employee Performance, between Work Motivation and Employee Performance.Downloads
