PUBLIC SERVICE AND SATISFACTION OF COMMUNITY IN COOPERATION MSMEs.OFFICE, BANGKALAN DISTRICT, MADURA
Abstract
This study measures the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for public services with the object of study of cooperation and SMEs in Bangkalan. IKM is one indicator of the measurement of public services provided by government agencies to the public, as showed in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 Year 2009 on Public Service and Ministry Policy (KepmenPan) No.25 Year 2004 on Guidelines for General Preparation Community Satisfaction Index - Services Unit Agencies government. The measurement results on the Cooperative SMEs Bangkalan shows (1) the general services provided to the community well into the criteria, only an element - service assurance nearly less well is service costs accuracy, (2) of the kinds of services, the security elements service to the institution to obtain the highest value of the 15 elements of the service. Then followed by the elements of ability and courtesy officer. Based on these findings, local governments, and especially SMEs Cooperation Office can make service improvements.Downloads
