PENGARUH SISTEM PENGUKURAN KINERJA, TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT DAN SISTEM PENGHARGAAN TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL
This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable performance measurement system, total quality management and managerial performance system award for the company's industry around Jalan Raya Bogor, East Jakarta. The population number of 56 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics and F-statistics with a confidence level of 5%. The results showed that the performance measurement system managerial significant effect on performance. Total quality management managerial not effect the performance but had a significant positive relationship managerial performance. System does not effect the performance award managerial but have significant positive relationship managerial performance.
