Abstract


This research is empirical study which aims to examine the relationship between several independent variables with multiple independent variable. Independent variables of this research include the level learning of internal and external organization, while the dependent variable is operational performance of the organization, relative to comparing the competitor and the company growth. The owner of production equipment is among the research variable. Relationship between variables this research were tested using simple regression models and multiple regression. The result of hypothesis testing then some of the main findings presented in this section. First, internal learning has a positive effect on performance, indicates that the ownership of tools and technology driven or can be enchanced by increasing the internal learning processes and technological capabilities. Second, external learning will encourage companies to increase ownership of the equipment and technology. Third, the ownership of equipment and technology affect operational performance.
