SMEs are a strategic sector in national economic development. This is reflected in the contribution of SMEs to GDP and employment in Indonesia. Similarly with the case in District Sumpiuh, SMEs have an important role in the economic activity. In the era of information technology as now, large market share to be one important requirement in developing SMEs in Sub-district Sumpiuh. Therefore, the government has an important role in an established effort a business communications center web-based. Thus this paper examines the SMEs in Sub-district Sumpiuh particularly on the management of web-based SMEs. The focus of the discussion is to challenge the thinking center studies business communications using the internet as a medium for doing business in the Sub-district Sumpiuh.
