MELEK FINANSIAL DAN SPENDING HABITS BERDASARKAN JENIS KELAMIN (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA MAHASISWA/I DI FEB UKSW)

Abstract

Financial management now days belongs to not only companies but also individuals especially under graduate student. In order to manage their financial well, someone needs financial knowledge which is often called as financial literacy. Without this Financial Literacy, most university students have a tendency of becoming lavish in their spending habits. Based on the previous research, there was the difference of financial literacy and spending habits between male and female under graduate students, where as another research shows no difference in both things above. The purpose of this study is to analysis the differences of financial literacy and spending habits of under graduate students of Economic and Business Faculty of Satya Wacana Christian University. The final result shows there is no significant difference between Financial Literacy and Spending Habits among male and female students of the faculty.
