The Effect of Career Development Opportunities on Career Succes with Perceived Organizational Support s a Moderation Variable

Abstract


In this era full of global competition and the complexity of the modern world of work, career development is one of the important factors in achieving career success. Career development not only includes promotion and employment status, but also includes the development of relevant aspects of skills, knowledge and experience. One of the factors influencing career success is the career opportunities available to individuals in an organization. These opportunities may include training and skill development, promotions, challenging projects, or leadership positions. Thanks to these opportunities, people can improve their competence and improve their quality in achieving career goals.This study aims to show how career opportunities can affect career success and how moderation variables affect this relationship. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale on candidates for employees Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (Jasa) The results of the research can be expected career development opportunities to have a significant influence on the career success of service savings and loan cooperative employees.
