STUDI TENTANG KEPUTUSAN SISWA MELANJUTKAN STUDI DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN (SMK) KABUPATENG SEMARANG

Abstract


Interest junior high school graduates to go on to high school average decreased by 2% per year and continue on to vocational high school on average increased by 18% each year. Perception variable product appeal (school) and variable service quality perceptions and learning as well as exogenous variables and variable image vocational school decisions as indogen variable is a variable used in this research. The analytical tool used is SmartPls 1.0 using questionnaires that are closed and open as the data collection instruments.
The results showed that all the variables is an attraction to decide to enter vocational hypothesis testing results show that of all the hypotheses proposed in this study received by the direction of the relationship it has a positive direction. Direct and Indirect Effects Analysis shows that the perception of variable product appeal more indirectly influence the decision to choose a school that is through the image of SMK, while the variables of service quality perceptions of learning and a more direct impact on the school's decision.
