PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, DAN MOTIVASI LAYANAN TERHADAP KINERJA LAYANAN

Abstract


This research aimed to test (1) influence work satisfaction to performance public service (2) influence leadership style to performance public service, and (3) influence organizational commitment to performance public service (4) influence motivation public service to performance public service. Sample of this research were 162 government employees (PNS and non-PNS) in health services dan technical services unit that hospitals and clinics are located in the Province of West Papua. Based on a multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05, the result of this study concluded: work satisfaction and motivation public service significanly effect on the capital expenditure, where the significance value 0.000 and 0.024, but leadership style and organizational commitment has no effect on then performance public service with the significance value 0,504 and 0,780.
