TOTALITAS IMPLEMENTASI RUMUSAN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT UNTUK PENINGKATAN DAYA SAING PRODUK UMKM
Abstract
Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia has an important and stratgic contribution in the national economy.This central role of MSMEs requires total and continuous assessment, particularly with regard to issues of nationally and internationally competition assessment and development of MSMEs carried out by recognizing deeper into the various problems faced and to seek solutions.
Basic therapy was done by application of formulation of continuous improvement/total quality management in the enterprise/MSMEs products and services industry, the aims that the company to have high competitiveness and excellence, by optimizing the capabilities and use of all resources of the company.
In general, management of TQM is a system that aims to improve the productivity of employees, who are able to produce goods and services of high quality by blending managerial skills with operating effectively and efficiently.
