THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY OF WORK CULTURE (CASE STUDY: NATASHA SKIN CARE, SUPRATMAN BANDUNG)

Abstract


Competition is happening at this moment is not only on a company engaged in manufacturing but also occur in a company engaged in the service. The intense competition among the business community must be addressed quickly and appropriately by organizations, because of competition can lead to a change in an organization both change management and organizational structure changes that would have an impact on changes in work culture in the organization. Work culture is a philosophy with a view of life based on the values that characterize, driving habits and also cultivated in a group and be reflected in the attitudes of behavior, ideals, ideas, opinions and actions are manifested as a job. (Source: Supriyadi and Guno, http: //id.wikimedia.org/wiki/budaya work). Good work culture is expected to provide positive motivation for employees to increase their productivity. Natasha Skin Care is a company engaged in the field of skin care services and skin care clinic that combines the latest technology in skin care and professionals (http://www.natasha-skin.com), so the role of employees in delivering the product to the consumer is very important therefore the purpose of this study was to determine how the relationship between the work culture on employee productivity in natasha skin care (case study in the way Supratman natasha skin care duo). The method used in this research is descriptive method, based on calculations using the Spearman rank obtained for rs 0,523 . Because rs is between 0.400 to 0.599, the relationship between work culture on employee productivity can be quite strong, while the influence of work culture on employee productivity by 27.35%, while the remaining 72, 65% are influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
