ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUK DENGAN METODE STATISTICAL QUALITY CONTROL (Studi Kasus: pada PT “ X” Depok)

Abstract


The need for clothing increases with increases in population, industrial convection which is supporting the needs of clothing is a promising industry so that business people compete to take advantage of this opportunity to grab the hearts of consumers in order to seize the market. For that we need a strategy that is in accordance with the appropriate analysis so that the company gets the optimal profit one of them using statistical analysis. Research with the title: Analysis of Product Quality Control Method of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) in PT "X" Depok, This is a case study which aims to determine whether the quality of the products produced convection is within the control or not, by using Statistic Quality Control (SQC). The results of the research production process, 22 samples of the final product taken once a week on the weekend, showing the extent of damage is still in Control Over Limit (BKA / UCL) and Lower Control Limit (BKB / LCL) except one time the quality of products produced are still in outside UCL and LCL, deviation generated based on the analysis SQC, due to engine failure factors, material, human error, methods and processes. The precaution is taken guidance, tighter supervision, selection of materials on engine maintenance and repair.
