Abstract

The purpose of this study was made to analyze and determine the variable character of leadership affect the variable increase in zakat productive linkage value (value engagement), the variable character of leadership affect the variable behavior of the individual, variable goal setting influence the variables increase in zakat productive linkage value (value engagement) , goal setting variables influence the behavior of individual variables and variable increase in productive business zakat linkage value (value engagement) affect the behavior of individual variables The benefits derived from the research is the scientific development in the field of the management, as a result of scientific studies which can be used in the improvement of the productive economy, increasing muzakki-new muzaki of mustahiq who develop a productive economy, as the study to improve the economic welfare of the people of West Sumatra.
