Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically effects offinancial performance onthe dividend yield and implications for future stock returns. The study population was non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2013. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with total sample 59 companies. Data analysis techniques used partial least square (PLS). The results showed a positive effectsfinancial performance on dividend yield. Dividend yieldpositive influence on future stock returns while the effect on financial performance of future stock returns.Mediation dividend yield on the influence of financial performance on future stock returns.
