PENINGKATAN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAJEMEN UMKM: BENCHMARKING UMKM DI KOTA PALEMBANG

Abstract

This study aims at benchmarking or comparisons SCM conducted SMEs in Palembang to be an alternative to improve the performance and the existence of SMEs in the economy of the city of Palembang in particular. Research was conducted on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the city of Palembang by taking 12 SMEs by using qualitative design. By doing benchmarking, through depth interviews with informants. Informants in this study are the managers of SMEs, ie either SME owner or someone who is trusted to manage these SMEs.
