Abstract

This paper basically discusses the importance of resources and capabilities approach as part of the perspective of Resource Based View ( RBV ) in the face of environmental change. Companies must be able to manage the resources and capabilities based on the asymmetry of its then made it happen in the form of business strategy in order to continue supporting the achievement of sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this paper is generally aims to revisit (review) literature on the concept and implementation (emprical research) of the resource based view ( RBV ) in strategic management.
