PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA DAN PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP RASA KOMPETENS DAN KETERHUBUNGAN DOSEN-DOSEN DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the effect of work experience and level of education on competence and relatedness. The sample of this research is lecturers in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Using one way anova, the result shows that there are differences of competence between individuals with lower level of education and individuals with higher level of education, there are differereces of that between individuals with lower level of work experience and individuals with higher level of work experiences. But, there are no differences of relatedness between individuals with lower level of education and individuals with higher level of education, and no differences of that between individuals with lower level of work experience and higher level of work experiences
