IDENTIFIKASI MODEL-MODEL PENGELOLAAN PNPM MANDIRI PERDESAAN PASCA SELESAINYA PROGRAM

Abstract

This study titled Identification Models PNPM Rural Management of Post Completion Program. The purpose of this study was to determine the PNPM management models that exist in the community after the completion of the program. To achieve these objectives researchers used a qualitative approach using primary and secondary data were collected using a questionnaire method, interview, FGD, Observation and Documentary. The analytical method used is qualitative analysis using descriptive analysis approach. The results showed that in Banyumas regency there are five models in the PNPM fund management Post completion of the program: 1) the first model is UPK which has legal status; 2) The second model is the model of a revolving fund management PNPM pristine as when the program has not ended; 3) The third model is exactly the same as the model into two inter-village Cooperation Agency only his legal status in the form of Legal Entity Association; 4) The fourth model is a model in which the activities were transformed into a business unit that is carrying out the mandate BKAD Covenant Village Chief; and 5) The fifth model is a model in one district where there are several villages which jointly conducting PNPM Rural. This study implies for a stakeholder in Banyumas to arrange the most appropriate model to be proposed to the government.
