Abstract

Recently, the service sector has become one of the most popular sectors in Indonesia. Regarding to its highly contribution in the economy sector, the service delivery sistem should have been increased. However it is not an easy task to do, since the service delivery sistem is sensitive to some failures. There are two failures often occur in the sistem, first is occurred when the employees in the publik sector could not understand the goal of its service. Second is occurred when the employees in the publik sector failed in implementing the goal into actions. Therefore the following paper would discuss some factors affecting the service delivery sistem in the service sector. Furthermore, there would be some suggestions in order to increase the sistem itself through an organization in order in facing the environment that changes rapidly.
