KINERJA TENAGA PENDIDIK DALAM MENDUKUNG KESIAPAN PERGURUAN TINGGI MEMASUKI MASYARAKAT EKONOMI ASEAN (MEA)
Abstract
Asean Economic Community (AEC) will take effect on December 31, 2015,
where the Asean region will become an open and unified market-based production; as
well as the mobility flows of goods, services, investment, capital and labor would move
freely. Research faculty performance in supporting college readiness in preparing
graduates to enter the ASEAN Economic Communities for developed through Focus
Group Discussion (FGD), questionnaires and documentation. Results of this study are
lecturers performance needs to be improved in terms of college tingginmaupun
Tridarma support activities and programs of study should clearly formulate competence
of its graduates, so that the output Universities are ready to enter the World of Work in
the Age of the Asean Economic Community.
