PENGARUH KONTRAK PSIKOLOGIS TERHADAP NIAT KELUAR DIMEDIASI OLEH KOMITMEN AFEKTIF PADA KARYAWAN MARKETING PERBANKAN DI PURWOKERTO

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti kontrak psikologis terhadap niat keluar yang di mediasi oleh komitmen afektif. Pada penelitian ini diambil 3 dimensi kontrak psikologis yaitu, kontrak transaksional, kontrak relasional dan kontrak keseimbangan. Sebanyak 202 kuesioner yang dapat dilakukan pengujian dalam peneltian ini, yang diambil dari karyawan marketing perbankan di wilayah Purwokerto. Pengujian dalam peneltian ini menggunakan analisis faktor dan analisis regresi sederhana dalam melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Pada hasil peneltian ini menunjukan semua kontrak transaksional dan kontrak relasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap niat keluar. Sedangkan pengujian mediasi menunjukan hasil komitmen afektif memediasi kontrak transaksional dan kontrak relasional terhadap niat keluar karyawan.
