FAKTOR PENENTU PEMILIHAN JASA TRANSPORTASI ONLINE PADA MASYARAKAT BANYUMAS

Abstract

Online transportation is a network and technology-based transportation service. The use of an online transportation application is easy to operate on a smart-phone. Online transportation services are currently one of the services needed for the Banyumas citizen, because they have various types of services that can be operated easily. The results of the study found that the decision of the Banyumas citizen to choose to use online transportation services was influenced by 3 (three) determinants, namely convenience, security and efficiency. This paper aims to describe the determinants of the selection of online transportation services in the Banyumas citizen.
