STRATEGI PENINGKATAN PENJUALAN GAS ELPIJI 12 KG/5,5 KG (NON PSO) PADA AGEN GAS ELPIJI 3 KG (PSO) (Studi Kasus PT. RPAG Kota Palembang)
Abstract
This study aims to determine the strategy of increasing sales of 12 kg / 5.5 LPG gas (non pso) at 3 kg elpji gas agent (PSO) This research is a qualitative study using a SWOT analysis tool. The method of collecting data is by conducting interviews and observations. Interviews were conducted on informants who were competent to answer and observe the object of research. Based on the results of the study, the strategy taken is to reduce the selling price below the purchase price and profit subsidy. The lower selling price of the agent will be able to increase the sales quantity of 12 kg / 5.5 LPG gas (non PSO). The impact of the increase in sales of 12 kg / 5.5 LPG gas (non PSO) will also have an impact on increasing the 3 kg LPG gas quota (PSO) provided by PT. Pertamina. The increase in the amount of quota of 3 kg LPG gas (PSO) will have an impact on increasing company profits.
