THE EFFECT OF JOB INVOLVEMENT AND ORGANIZATION’S COMMITMENT TO THE MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE (STUDY IN DIVISION OF MINERAL PT HARITA GROUP)
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the effect of job involvement and organization’s
commitment to management of change in the Division of Mineral PT Harita
Group partially and simultaneously. There are2 (two) independent variables,
which are job involvement and organizational commitment to test its effect on the
dependent variable which is the management of change. Partially, the results (ttest)
showed that the independent variables do not significantly affect the
management of change, it is evident from the calculated value oft ttable
or (4.014> 2, 012). Simultaneously (F test) showed that there is significant
influence between job involvement and organizational commitment to
management of change, as evidenced by the value of F calculated > F-table
or(10.490>3.20).
