DIMENSI RELIGIUSITAS DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR (Studi Pada Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto)
Abstract
Religious activities are closely related to religiosity, not only occur when performing rituals
(worship), but also other activities. Thus, religiosity could predict a person's behavior at
work. Willingness to undertake voluntary workshows that people want to do things that they're
no this responsibility. Known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) will be very
beneficial to the organization. In order to achieve Unsoed as World Class Civic University,
the support of all parties, both academics and managers (the administration) is very
important. All members of the organization are in demand to deliver the best performance of
the willingness of the people in the organization to contribute positively, not merely in a
formal job requirement, but ideally more than formal obligations (OCB). This study aims to
analyze the influence of organizational citizenship dimensions of religiosity on behavior
(OCB) and analyze the dimensions of religiosity influence on organizational citizenship
behavior (OCB) as well as knowing the conditions and OCB Religiuistasis in Unsoed. To
determine the effect of the variables the study used multiple linear regression analysis,
whereas to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable used the
elasticity test. To determine the condition of religiosity and OCB in Unsoed used a qualitative
descriptive analysis. The results prove that the dimension of religiosity that ritual dimension
(X1), the ideological dimension(X2), the intellectual dimension(X3), and the dimensions of
experience (X4) does not significantly affect the OCB, the influence of the independent
variables that most effect on OCB is the dimension of the consequences (X5).
