Abstract
Organizational success is determined from the organization's ability to balance between the achievement of effectiveness and efficiency goals. Changes that occur in the organization can influence the attitudes and behavior of employees. Organization as a system needs to have a system that is able to find congruence between organizational goals and employee expectations. Psychological contract as dynamic concept of employee retaining in organizational change. This study aims to provide an overview of retaining the employees in situations of change based on perspective of systems theory and social identitiy theory.
