EFISIENSI KINERJA MANAJEMEN DAN KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN PUBLIK DI INDONESIA

Abstract

This study examines the effect of management efficiency on the financial performance of Indonesian public companies. Management efficiency measured by the method of data envelopment analysis (DEA) and the financial performance measured by ROA, ROE, and Tobins Q. This study uses 124 data companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2007-2010. I use multiple regression for analysis the relationship between management efficiency and financial performance. The results show that the efficiency of management has a positive effect on the financial performance of public companies in Indonesia.
