PENGARUH ARUS KAS BEBAS, PERTUMBUHAN DAN STRUKTUR ASET KEBIJKAN UTANG PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI)

Abstract

This study is conducted to examine the effect of variables Free Cash Flow, Growth and Asset Structure on Debt Policy in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2013. This study use secondary data from the annual financial statements that audited and summary of the performance of listed companies obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2013. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method, and obtained a sample of 58 manufacturing companies. Data analysis technique use is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by using the F test statistics and t test statistics with a confidence level of 5%. The results showed that Free Cash Flow, Growth and Asset Structure simultaneously influence on Debt Policy. Partially indicates that Free Cash Flow positively influence the Debt Policy, while Growth and Asset Structure do not influence the Debt Policy .
