RANCANGAN PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PENILAIAN KINERJA DI PT ATEJA
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study and develop the performance appraisal’s model at PT. Ateja. In accordance with the objectives to be achieved in this study, the method used is descriptive method, which is focusing on solving problems that exist in the present or actual problems with the processing of data, ie data owned arranged, described, and then analyzed. This research resulted in the finding that the existing of performance appraisal’s model may not help improve employee performance toward a better and motivate employees to step up and compete fairly. These findings suggest that the Department of Human Resources (HR) PT. Ateja to develop the design of appropriate performance assessment model to fulfill aspects of the relevance, sensitivity, reliability, acceptability and practicality based expectancy, instrumentality and valence.
