PENGARUH INTERGROUP KNOWLEDGE PADA KEMANDIRIAN UMKM DI KAWASAN HEIRATEGE SEBAGAI TUJUAN WISATA (STUDY DI KAWASAN SUNGAI GAJAH WONG)

Abstract

Yogyakarta known as tourism and culture city. As the matter of fact, it needs to develop continuously the area, which valuable for tourism object and to attract tourist to visit. Green open area Gajah Wong river has heritage value as it is connected with the behavior people living near the river. Unfortunately the river and people don’t well manage yet. So, the researcher who is also the chairman of FORSIDAS Gajah Wong (Gajah Wong River Area community Forum) since 2006 concern to increase intergroup knowledge/increase capability the people living near the river, every Tuesday evening learning together as specially mental support and live skill, and many event in the river to support and implementation of knowledge. Every year since 2013 has been Festival Gajah Wong, have been increasing the SME’s (existance, development, strength, empowerment) surround people near the Gajah Wong River.
