Abstract
This study was conducted to determine and prove the cultural and psychological factors have an influence on the purchasing decisions of two cards GSM and CDMA providers on student UPN Veteran Jakarta. The population was 7,550 students UPN Veteran Jakarta, and 100 samples. Sampling technique using accidental sampling method. The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The hypothesis of this study is the positive and significant influence of cultural factors and psychological factors on purchase decision two cards GSM and CDMA providers.
