Abstract


Life needed level of life is increasingly rising, without the creativity of the community to create a product that would increase the income of life, but a phenomenon that occurs at the moment most people rely only work to others is not only less educated people but also occurs in intellectual circles, this is inappropriate for the duplicate, even though our income if his own business will be more fortunately and skills are the most valuable factor, because the two things that we can produce many benefits for us and others, as example in the 4 use of oyster mushrooms to the sausage as a nutritious food for healthy and safe to open business opportunities.
The Objectives of project: (1) Increasing the oyster mushrooms benefit as processed food products are more profitable than the marketed in fresh form. (2) To determine the sausage production process oyster mushrooms (3) Describe the financial management for the production of oyster mushroom sausage. (4) Describe how the sausage to be the marketing of processed products which have a trading value (5) To learn how to improve the competitiveness of the oyster mushroom sausage products of others. Method: Making Sausage Oyster Mushrooms, How Packaging, and How Marketing. Results: The results of the training makes the oyster mushroom sausage among other communities have the expertise to make sausage oysters, which people usually sell raw oyster mushrooms directly from these activities to be understood that the oyster mushrooms fruit sold directly in low cost, if different from first oyster mushrooms used in if, then packed and sold.
